This link says in toronto the wait time for Non immigrant visa(h1) is 2 days...how true is this. Has anyone booked within a gap of 2 days...??

I renewed EAD twice using e-file. So far it was all smooth. Very first time I had paper filed and went for FP-ing. Since then renewed twice for myself and my wife - no FPing...got the card smoothly. Again this is USCIS .. someone might have had completely different experience...

Talk to an attorney he should be able to kiss your employer's ass with lot of things.
If your employer is paying more than what is mentioned in H1B, then you cannot do anything.
If you are working on % basis, then forget about 14k if till you work for him, prorate of H1B pay is paid.

My current H1 is valid for 8 more months and I will have 1 more year after that to finish my initial 6 years, that gives me about 1 year 8 months before I exhaust the 6 year limit.
My question is if I change jobs and an H1 transfer is requested right now....will the transferrred H1 be valid for only 8 months ? or will I get a new I797 with 20 months validity? Help if some one knowledgeable about the issue would comment

Hi,
My PD is 2005 and my I-485 was denied on the ground of my birth certificate and I got more proof from where I was born and submitted to USCIS and it was accepted in August 2009 and since then it has been more than a year and there is no update in the online status update for my I-485 application.
Lot of my friends from Late 2005 and early 2006 got the GC's last couple of months. I have requested my Lawyer to make a AILA inquiry? What else can I do at this point?

I am a homemaker on H4 since 2007. ( My husband on H1 ).
Doing MS on H4 ( with few credits still to go )( not full time ).
H4 is due stamping ( Already extended till 2012 ).
Objective -
- To be on F1, to utilize CPT / OPT.
QUESTIONS -
QUESTION - - Which one is better H4 to F1 in US via change of status - I-539 ( BUT That
way i had to face the consulate again for F1 stamping ( Also, very few
credits are left with my MS as in now ))
OR
Directly F1 Visa stamping at
US consulate in India ( It'll be surely fast, that way i won't have to go back for stamping with very few credits left ) ?

Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.
Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).

it is still pending. Am I eligible to renew my drivers license in PA based on pending cos to h4 receipt notice.
